AURA Wellness Resort is the first wellness complex of villas and apartments in the heart of Ubud, surrounded on three sides by rice terraces and a 2-hectare park with 270-degree views. It brings together personal wellness routines, yoga on water, ice baths, sound healing and biohacking alongside an infinity pool, private villas, spa rituals, a nutrition restaurant and an open-air cinema. Apartments start from 94,900 dollars and villas from 128,900 dollars, with a 24-month installment plan and a 15 percent first payment. Managed by OXO Management of Austria, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027 and a projected return of up to 18 percent. Held on a leasehold basis.
